A hand-thrown and turned stoneware bowl. White clay/wood ash glaze worked beautifully, showing naturally occurring dark iron speckles from the clay underneath. A finger mark gives unique charm to this bowl.

All our pots are made with stoneware clay, some with high iron content, and are fired at very high temperatures, 1260-1300 degrees, with mild to heavy reduction. These pots are dishwasher safe, although washing by hand is the best option.
