All the packaging is recycled where possible, and may not be the prettiest wrapping, but will be secure and as environmentally friendly as possible.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your pieces, we are happy to refund or exchange for another piece of the same value. Please make sure to return the item to us within 14 days, and pack it in the same way as it arrived.  We kindly ask you to cover the postage cost, and recommend you to use the Recorded Delivery.
